SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
- All items sold are carefully inspected before shipping out to you. This gives us and especially YOU peace of mind that you are receiving the correct item ordered. Please note we supply pictures on some items and if none are available please request additional photos. We will not refund orders where damage is stated in the description or tags, or where actual product photos have been provided. Please refer to our Box Condition Policy.ย
- All products purchased and shipped from Kitsune Relics are packaged by us but handled by third party carriers. As a result, risk of loss or damage for such products will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Since we do not have any control over how the carrier handles your package, we can’t be held responsible for their delivery practices and cannot guarantee that your item(s) will always arrive in mint condition.
- Please note that a minor packaging flaw, missing stickers, or an imperfect box that doesn’t affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims. Please note that paint flaws are out of our control and therefore Kitsune Relics cannot be held accountable for refund or replacement of these items.
- If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us atย [email protected]ย and we will begin processing your return and replacement at no additional cost to you. In this case, you will receive a replacement or if a replacement is not available, store credit will be given.ย
- If your shipment qualifies for a return, instructions will be provided. Any/all returns sent back without return authorization will be refused.
- All deposits paid to Kitsune Relics for the sourcing of any Funko Pops are non-refundable. Deposits will only be refunded if Kitsune Relics is unable to source the specific item for the client.
- All cancellations of in-stock items orders where payment has been made, will incur a 15% cancellation fee. All pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of making payment, but will incur a 15% cancellation fee. After 48 hours all sales are final and non-refundable for any reason.
- Please note that we batch package all shipments and all shipments get packaged on Mondays only. They are usually shipped out (collected by/dropped at the carriers) on Monday or Tuesday. The actual shipping takes 1-5 business days from when the carrier receives the packages. All in-stock orders placed and paid for, on or before the Sunday prior will be included in the batch for the Monday, dependent if payment has cleared in time and no additional special requests are made on the order.
